About the Quiz Maker
This week’s featured game was created by collectivebrain, and was his first Sporcle publish! A user since November 2013, he has already played over 3,300 games, earned over 45 badges, and contributed over 10 games. Thanks for being the best, collectivebrain!
What’s the Quiz About?
This quiz is super neat, and here’s why. You’re given three seemingly random images when viewed individually, but they are presented together on the same slide. Your task is to name the film that the three images represent.
This example slide (below) displays running shoes, a shrimp, and chocolates. If you didn’t come up with ‘Forrest Gump’ from that one, we don’t know what to tell you!
From ‘The Matrix’ to ‘Back to the Future’ to ‘Kill Bill’, this quiz had it all. We’re glad for that, and can’t wait to play the sequel!
What Did Users Think?
Lyn_Marie commented ‘I didn’t get them all, but this has to be one of my favorite Sporcle quizzes yet! Many of them you’d have had to see the movie to get it (ie, the pictures are not necessarily clues to the TITLE of each film). I’m so happy you have more in the works!!’
Doughyjon experienced what many others go through and responded with this: ‘#14. My favourite film and I did not get it. Sporclitis.’
And dragonfly555 commented: ‘Just… genius. One of the best quizzes I have played on sporcle. Well done!’
On September 13th, ‘Three Images: Guess the Movie’ was played over 22,000 times, and ended up with a 4.4 rating. There’s the old saying ‘A picture is worth 1,000 words’. Well, in this case, 3 pictures is worth a movie title and a Sporcle Pick of the Week!
